Containerized CHP plants
Manufacturing and packaging of block-container plants with gas-engine units.
Manufacturing and packaging of containerized CHP plants, equipment supply, engineering, construction, commissioning and maintenance of gas-engine plants. We work with Bergen Engines, Jenbacher and Wärtsilä equipment.
Manufacturing and packaging of block-container plants with gas-engine units.
Equipment supply, engineering, installation, commissioning and handover into operation.
Diagnostics, repairs, spare parts selection and modernization of existing plants.
Heat recovery from engine and exhaust, optimization of heat schemes of existing CHP plants.
Electricity, heat and cooling from one fuel source with absorption chillers.
Supply, selection and integration of absorption heat pumps into plant heat schemes.
The engine produces electricity; heat from the cooling circuits and exhaust gas is put to use. Useful heat demand is the key factor in the economics.
Technology focus: Bergen Engines, Jenbacher, Wärtsilä. For absorption heat pumps — EBARA. Scope of supply, lead times and terms are defined for each project.

Describe the facility, the input data and the expected result. We will reply on the merits and point out what data is missing.
Discuss a project info@gaparts.servicesA block-container plant is assembled and packaged in advance, which reduces on-site work and simplifies capacity expansion.
Gas-engine unit with generator on a frame; lubrication, cooling, ventilation and exhaust systems.
Heat recovery exchangers, pumps, emergency heat dump, connection to the consumer.
Distribution, protection, grid synchronization, control and remote monitoring.
Gas train, shut-off and protective valves, gas conditioning to engine requirements.
A building remains the better choice when free access to large units or high single-unit capacity is needed. We will honestly compare both options for your case.

For a first assessment it is enough to know: the site and type of consumer, rough electrical and thermal load, available gas and network parameters. Missing data we will clarify together.

Discuss a project info@gaparts.servicesWe keep gas-engine plants running: from diagnostics to major overhaul and system modernization.
Analysis of operating parameters, system condition and causes of deviations.
Repair of engine components and auxiliary equipment, major works.
Selection by serial number and engine type, supply of components.
Control-system upgrades, heat recovery, life extension.
Provide engine make and model, serial number, running hours and the list of items. In our offer we confirm the source and supply status of each item.

Discuss a project info@gaparts.servicesMore useful heat from the same fuel — by upgrading the heat scheme rather than increasing gas consumption.
Heat from jacket, oil and mixture cooling is not always used or is rejected at low temperature.
Part of the potential remains in the flue gas.
Heat demand and plant operating mode are not aligned.
It can be raised to a useful temperature with a heat pump.
First measurements and a heat balance, then upgrade options and payback assessment on your data. The result depends on the plant and load; we give no guarantees without a survey.

Discuss a project info@gaparts.servicesIn summer engine heat becomes cooling, in winter it serves heating. The plant is loaded all year round.
Uses engine heat as drive and produces chilled water for air conditioning or process. Used in trigeneration.
Uses a driving heat source and low-grade heat to deliver more useful heat. Used to raise thermal efficiency. See EBARA.
| Absorption chiller | Absorption heat pump | |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Produces chilled water | Raises the temperature level of low-grade heat |
| Useful output | Cooling | Additional useful heat |
| Typical role at a CHP plant | Trigeneration | Heat-efficiency improvement |

Discuss a project info@gaparts.servicesSupply, selection and integration into the plant heat scheme. Supply terms are defined per project.
Analysis of heat sources, temperature levels and consumer load.
Coordination with engine circuits, the network and plant automation.
Equipment supply on terms agreed in the project.
Commissioning and service matters as agreed.
In trigeneration an absorption machine produces cooling. A heat pump solves a different task: it raises the potential of low-temperature heat and increases useful thermal output. The choice depends on what the facility needs — cooling or more heat.
